Rules

1. SAFETY FIRST. We practice both SSC and RACK
2. Consent for all things, even a simple hug
3. No drama. You see/hear something you don't like, move to another location away from it.
4. Myself and the other DM's have absolute say over everything. Do not argue or give cause to be ejected.
5. There will be alcohol, feel free to bring your own. No one under 21 can drink and anyone who appears to have had too much will be cut off and/or asked to leave. (See rule 1)
6. Any room marked as "PRIVATE" or "RESTRICTED AREA" is off-limits and entry will result in ejection.....I'm watching you....
7. This is a townhome and my neighbors are....how should we say....a bit religious. So be quiet outside and no nudity outside in uncovered areas.
8. No clothes, paint, food, drinks, etc in the hot tub. Just clean, naked bodies. The rest clogs filters and causes issues. There is a guest shower/bath on the lower level that can be used to wash off paint (or anything else) before entering.
9. Smoking is permitted on the deck only. Use ashtrays, do not throw butts anywhere else.
10. Bring a towel/blanket. I only have a few.
11. No nudity on the deck. Patio is fine since it will be enclosed.
12. The house is mostly open to all play except for where marked on the door by a sign.
13. Please ensure you clean up after yourself. I have basic cleaning supplies, condoms, towels etc but it's always nice when you bring your own.
14. Be considerate and use common sense. What would you want in your house? If you’re ever unsure about anything, just find a DM and ask.
